Cupcakes

Today I made the second recipe from my amazing Christmas cookbook. The first one I made was the Heart of Darkness brownies and they were just as they sound. Today I made Black Bottom Cupcakes as you see in the picture above. Yum yum. They are dark chocolate with a center of chocolate chip cheesecake with a chocolate glaze. The cupcakes you see in the front are pre-glaze just so you get an idea. They’re for my brother’s birthday… hope he likes them!

Oh yes. They were amazing. Especially the glaze. It was just semi-sweet chocolate, corn syrup, vanilla, and lots of butter. Defiitely a hit.

those are beautiful!! and look delicious!
